Send and Receive digital assets securely.

Swap digital assets into Naira or other supported currencies.

You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Fees and Transactions

Applicable fees for transactions will be disclosed prior to execution.

All completed transactions are final and irreversible.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details.

The value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your funds.

We do not provide financial or investment advice. All use of our Services is at your own risk.

Rizo Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, or data.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us within the last [12] months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rizo app its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
